Dan’s law practice emphasizes civil-commercial litigation and transactions, including real property law and related litigation; business organization law and related litigation; contract law; landlord-tenant law and leasing; trust & estate disputes; and tort law, fiduciary claims, and consumer protection.
Dan has worked in private law practice since 2003. He is skilled at solving complex legal problems, personally tailoring services to meet clients’ needs and expectations and help them achieve their objectives.
Education
Dan attended the University of Washington in Seattle, earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2002 from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon.

Dan is admitted to practice law in Washington state and Nevada. He is a member of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, and State Bar of Nevada.
Personal
Dan was born in Seattle, raised in the Renton Highlands, and currently resides in Tacoma. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
